Net Domination Singles (10:00)

"The player who controls the net wins the game" The player who dominates the net gets the more offensive options at the backcourt and is therefor the player who can dominate more easily. Controlling the net to be aggresive and decisive at the back/mid court.

Deception strokes versus Trick Shots (14:00)

When do we play deceptive strokes and when trick shots? In this seminar we will show you different deception strokes and different trick shots. And we will talk about when to use which stroke.
